These Terms of Service govern your use of the online learning platform at academy.avrygroup.com, operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("Academy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Academy is an online learning marketplace where students enrol in courses and instructors publish and sell them. We provide the platform; instructors are responsible for their course content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Purchases & access

When you buy a course you receive a licence to access it for personal, non-transferable learning use. Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency. Payment is handled by our payment processors.

4. Instructors & revenue share

Instructors grant the rights needed to host and sell their courses and are paid according to the revenue-share terms shown in their dashboard. Instructors warrant they own or are licensed to publish their content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share, resell or redistribute course content, attempt to circumvent access controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in suspension.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and reflects your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
