This Refund Policy applies to course purchases on the Academy platform (academy.avrygroup.com), operated by StoresWiki LLC. It applies alongside, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed the course (for example, completed most lessons or downloaded its core materials). To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

When refunds are granted

• The course was not as described, or its content is materially inaccessible due to a fault on our side.
• You were charged in error or more than once for the same course.
• You request within the withdrawal window and have not substantially completed the course.

When refunds may be declined

• You have completed a substantial portion of the course or downloaded its primary resources.
• The request is made well after purchase without a valid reason.
• Abuse of the refund process (e.g. repeatedly buying and refunding).

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider. Refunds may affect the corresponding instructor payout.
